Food Safety for a Sustainable Food System
The knowledge to action course on Food Safety will explore food safety in a sustainable food system while considering global Insights and local impact. It is designed to accelerate the process of joined-up thinking and practice in global food sustainability. The course will enable participants to address real-world food security challenges within the context of the 2030 SDGs, and also from influential food reports from leading bodies including the Food and Agriculture Organisation, the International Fund for Agriculture, and the World Food Programme.
The 3 hour long session focusing on Food Safety will provide practical next steps for businesses and individuals as they set to achieve sustainability in their process and business model.
Unravelling complex global issues will take time, effort and pro-active international co-ordination. This course provides an excellent platform for participants to confidently make their individual contributions to both their organisations and the 2030 Goals.
