Consumer Behaviour & Dietary Choice Webinar

During World Gastronomy Day we are hosting our second webinar on Consumer Behaviour & Dietary Choice. In this webinar, we dive into the topic of how consumer behaviour affects food sustainability and how the industry acts upon the rise in more healthy diets and the rise of vegetarianism and veganism.

We are also discussing how the Covid-19 pandemic has affected the food system in terms of consumer behaviour and dietary choice. What lessons can we learn from the pandemic in how our behaviour as consumers was unsustainable at the same time as we saw a rise in people changing diets towards a more meat free alternative based diet?

We are discussing the following Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) set out by the United Nations:

  • SDG 2: Zero Hunger
  • SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being
  • SDG 12: Responsible Consumption & Production
  • SDG 9+13: Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure (9) & Climate Action (13)
  • SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals
