We are pleased to announce the launch of the Global Agrifood TechPreneur Club
The Global Agrifood TechPreneur Club will provide young people in Tertiary Education, High school and Primary School with Entrepreneurial training and support to develop a business plan for growing a food of their choice (Livestock or crop).
Based on their plan, they will receive required training and financial support to execute their plan. They will sell the product at the end of harvesting season through the global food loss and waste tracker platform and the initial investment will be paid back to IntelliDigest while the profit is managed by the school champion and the team.
However, the students that participated in the competition have developed a business plan and they have access to the global food loss and waste tracker to sell their Agrifood Produce.
We will work with participants graduating from Tertiary Education or High school to further develop their sustainable agrifood business plan so that they can access funding from local banks and regional development banks to progress their sustainable local Agrifood production with an existing platform to sell their product to local consumers.

The Global Food Loss and Waste tracker, is an online app available in google play store that enable users to measure, track and prevent edible food waste. In addition, businesses in the food system can set a base line to help them account for emission reduction and aim for net zero emission including scope 1 and 3 emissions.
For the local farm businesses, they can sell their products grown from using nutrient recovered from iDigest to local consumers. The local consumers benefit from the app by monitoring their nutrient consumption ensuring a balanced diet as well as access to nutrient dense food produced sustainably from local food producers using recovered nutrient from food waste.
It has taken us a while to get to where we are today but we are so pleased to see that people and businesses are responding to the demand for a more sustainable food system as the Global Food Loss and Waste Tracker app has witnessed download all over the world from Americas, to Africa, APAC and Europe.
It is time to expedite action to end food waste, end hunger and improve access to nutrition for everyone on planet earth and beyond.
