Farm Tools and Machinery Networking Session

Tools and machineries used in the food system from farm to fork include a wide range of equipment, from basic hand tools to large-scale automated machineries.

The purpose of these tools/machineries in agrifood activities is to increase efficiency, automation, productivity, profitability while reducing  manual work as well as environmental degradation.

At IntelliDigest, we are dedicated to delivering the right tools and machineries to stakeholders across the food system on the World Food Tracker platform. We prioritise sustainability with a focus on eco-friendly product selection that features energy-efficient designs and environmentally responsible materials to our responsible sourcing partnerships with manufacturers that share in our commitment to supporting the transition to sustainable food production.

By joining us as a tool/machinery supplier on the World Food Tracker platform to sell/rent your tools/machineries; you are making a sustainable choice that contributes to a greener, more prosperous future.

During this networking session, the participants will be introduced to the World Food Tracker (WFT) – a multi-stakeholder online platform that supports:

:male-farmer::skin-tone-3: Assisting farmers in adopting sustainable practices throughout the food production process, while connecting them with local consumers and food establishments to supply fresh and highly nutritious produce.

:hotel: Assisting hotels and restaurants in meal planning, fostering engagement with local consumers, and facilitating the sourcing of ingredients from sustainable local farmers and producers.

:hammer_and_wrench: Supporting material and equipment suppliers connecting with various stakeholders in the food system, ranging from farmers to households and individuals.

:cop::skin-tone-4: Aiding local authorities and member states in reinforcing the food system and ensuring equitable access to quality food for all members of their communities.

:female-technologist::skin-tone-2: Consultants to provide expert support to the different stakeholders across the food system from farmers to householders/Individuals.

    With a Medical Physiology and Therapeutics Bachelor’s Honours Degree from the University of Nottingham, I am a Corporate Relations at IntelliDigest, I contribute to the development and update of core documents and guidelines, to help the users navigate the system with ease. I also handle big scientific data collection and analysis, using my meticulous approach to detail and my innovative and flexible mindset.

    I am passionate about healthcare and clinical development, and I am motivated to grow and be part of a team working to solve some of the biggest healthcare challenges. I have gained excellent knowledge of medical ethics, patient information systems, case report forms, and how to track and conduct high-quality clinical trial progress through (SWAT) good clinical practice (GCP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs), from my degree and previous experience as Research Administrator. I have also acquired project management and digital marketing skills from various certifications through UoN Digital Marketing Academy and experiences, which enhance my ability to coordinate activities and projects.
